Today was a terrible Tuesday. One of the most terrible Tuesdays I've had as far as my memory goes. Even so, I'm thankful. Thankful to the people who stood by me. Thankful to all my friends who spared me their shoulder and spirit, to uplift my own.
One of these days, tomorrow or not, you'll come to face a horrid moment. A moment so horrid, you'll only have yourself to blame for caving in, or yourself to praise for fighting it. But I guess we make mistakes. I did. My mind kept telling me to do something, but my actions failed to deliver.
I don't intend on telling you my terrible tale, so I'm going to try to sleep off these terrible thoughts and hope to wake up to new and amazing ones.
I'm going to try to be thankful one day at a time. What are you thankful for today?
